Catherine W. Solomon

Mrs. Catherine Ann Wheeler Solomon departed her life Saturday, February 10, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Addie Mae Wheeler and Oscar Davis. Catherine attended the public schools of Marion County and was employed at Zimac’s for 20 + years. She was a loving and devoted Wife, Mother and grandmother who loved to cook, help others and attend to her flowers she planted all throughout the yard. In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by her husband Jeffery Solomon, Sr.; her son Darrius Demetrius Solomon, her daughter Mildred Deloris Solomon; her sibings, Ola Mae Wheeler, Elenta Cook, McArthur Wheeler, William Wheeler, Shirley Hemingway, Robert Davis, Frank Hemingway, James Wheeler, Nina Hemingway, and Mary Hemingway; her in-laws, Herbert Solomon, Ruby Lee, Daisy Kirven, Nelly Ann Moore, Charlie Solomon, and Ernest Samuels.
